   Sidebar vertical scroll restoration
   ------------------------------------------------------------
This file is loaded last so its rules win over the compiled
bundle. It restores vertical scrolling of the dashboard sidebar
menu when there are more menu items than fit on screen.

   Cause:
LeftPanelActions.js renders #action-home-sidebar with an inline
style `overflowY: 'hidden'`. An inline declaration outranks any
stylesheet rule that is not !important, so this silently
     cancelled `.jdhsgsks { overflow-y: auto }` from styles.css.
The sidebar also had no height of its own, so its auto-height
box grew to fit every menu item and overflowed the fixed
viewport with no way to scroll down to the lower items.

   Fix:
Give the sidebar a definite, viewport-derived height and
restore overflow-y:auto. !important is required to beat the
inline style. Only the menu content scrolls - the sidebar
itself does not move, because the parent .f-kdjdjs stays
position:fixed and is not touched here.

box-sizing:border-box already comes from .box-b on the same
element, so the inline paddingBottom:40 stays inside this
height and the space reserved for the fixed "Powered by"
     footer bar is preserved.

Desktop only: below 769px the desktop sidebar is display:none
and MobileMenuView.js is used instead, so mobile is excluded.
